Yes. Every shawl is woven by hand on traditional looms, often taking weeks to complete. This craftsmanship preserves centuries-old techniques and makes each piece unique.
It's easy to track your order by logging in to your account. Alternatively, log on to DHL.com or Posteitaliane.it and enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email.
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Unpaid), thus our prices are not inclusive of local taxes & import duties. Therefore all Import Duties, Charges, local Tax, VAT needs to be born by the customer directly to DHL for the reciept of the product. We would not be liable for any delays in shipment that may arise due to the same.

Each handmade product is carefully handled and packaged. Orders are processed quickly and usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
