BLISS is a handwoven Pashmina shawl crafted from 100% pure, undyed Pashmina, preserving the rich natural taupe tone and deeply nuanced character of the unprocessed fibre.
Delicate floral motifs in pink and blue are embroidered by hand across all four corners using fine cotton thread and traditional Sozni needlework. One of Kashmir’s revered hand-embroidery techniques, Sozni is distinguished by its intricate motifs and precise, graceful detailing. Each BLISS shawl requires several weeks of skilled needlework by Kashmiri artisans.
Lightweight yet insulating, its high thread count creates a soft, graceful drape while retaining the natural warmth and ultra-soft feel of Pashmina. The earthy taupe ground and delicate embroidery make BLISS suited to formal evenings, weddings, travel and everyday styling, as well as a meaningful gift or heritage piece.

Where is it crafted?
Every IndusWeavers Pashmina is meticulously handwoven and finished in Kashmir by skilled artisans, preserving generations of traditional craftsmanship. We work directly with our artisans, honouring their expertise and ensuring authenticity at every stage.
How can I recognise the handmade details?
The beauty of handcrafted Pashmina lies in its individuality. Subtle variations in the weave, texture and colour are natural characteristics of traditional handloom craftsmanship, making every piece unique.
Depending on the design, you may discover intricate Sozni hand embroidery, traditional Kani weaving or other heritage techniques, each reflecting the remarkable skill and patience of Kashmiri artisans.
Can I test its authenticity at home?
We do not recommend home authenticity tests, such as burning fibres or relying on the ring test, as these methods can damage delicate Pashmina and produce misleading results.
At IndusWeavers, we believe authenticity begins with transparency. If you would like to learn more about the materials, craftsmanship or origin of a particular piece, our team will be delighted to assist you.
