MONALISA is a shawl crafted with patience, designed with purpose, and made to be worn and remembered. This pure Pashmina shawl is a celebration of tradition, artistry, and time — crafted entirely by hand over 24 months in Srinagar, Kashmir.
It begins with authentic Pashmina wool, handloom woven to create a soft yet durable cashmere base. The fabric is then dyed using organic colours and transformed by a skilled Kalamkari artist, who paints detailed floral and heritage motifs in rich shades of brown and red using traditional organic pigments. Once painted, the piece is passed to embroiderer Karigar Shaukat, who adorns it with delicate Aari Sozni needlework — a final stitch-by-stitch touch that brings the entire composition to life.
Each MONALISA includes a complimentary hand-embroidered Pashmina pocket square.
