AYA is a handwoven Pashmina shawl crafted in Kashmir, featuring intricate Kalamkari embroidery of peacocks and birds across a deep black ground, detailed in grey, blue and multicolour threads.
Woven from 100% Pashmina and embroidered entirely by hand by artisan Shawkat, the piece took approximately 18 months to complete. Its medium-tight weave brings structure and warmth while preserving the natural softness and drape of Pashmina. A hand-embroidered Pashmina pocket square accompanies the shawl as an extension of its botanical and avian artwork.
