Crafted from 100% Pashmina in Kashmir, embroidered panels inspired by blooming garden motifs introduce colour, texture and detail across the shawl. Lightweight, soft and naturally warm, RUBINA combines traditional Kashmiri weaving and embroidery with an elegant, fluid drape.

Each piece is artisan-made, preserving the character of hand craftsmanship through subtle variations unique to its making.

The items are dispatched within 1 - 2 days. The products are shipped through DHL/UPS as they have very fast delivery services.

We provide our customers with the tracking number as soon as the product is dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We gladly accept returns within 14 days upon receiving the goods. Any request for return should be submitted within 7 days.

At the moment exchange is not possible due to customs and tax considerations.

Detergent must be dissolved completely before putting pashmina in water.

Do not twist during washing.Simply lay it flat to dry, do not wring dry.

Use very low temperature,  iron with a cover sheet.Hang it un-bunched to loosen the wrinkles.
